Securities and Facilities Management

Overview

Securities and Facilities Management both involve deployment of personnel over a large area or in multi-storey buildings to petrol and/or manage the property.

In the case of securities, personnel may need to be deployed quickly to attend to emergencies or incidents and they may need to report incidents quickly or to call for assistance.

Facilities Management often deploy personnel out in the field for maintenance work. It will require a lot of communication and coordination work among supervisors and fellow workers to get work done.
