  1. GRID will automatically suspend the outgoing mobile phone service once the subscriber used up 100 / 200 minutes of outgoing mobile phone call in the month.
    The phone service will be re-activated in the following month.
      1. a) To enjoy pooling, all IDs must be in the same billing account, same fleet and subscribe to pooling plans. Unlimited minutes are not included in pooling. Pooling is not applicable to PTT33u1/PTT33u2, PTT38U plans.
      1. b) Data service is available at $10.70 for first 50MB used with excess charged at 0.86ct/KB
      c) Enjoy per second billing on Push-To-Talk (PTT) calls

Phone Connect Plans

GRID mobile phone is similar to GSM phone service, but our rates are much more competitive. All incoming phone calls are free! Super low offpeak phone charges at 3.21ct/min. Its lowest in town. With our phone pooling plans, you share to save even more! We allow you to share Free Minutes and SMS within your organisation to give you more savings. By pooling7 the total PTT, SMS and Phone minutes within you group, the heavy users can take advantage of the unused quota from light users and pay nothing.

GRID is a public trunked radio service provider and phone connect service is a value added service. GRID’s phone connect number cannot be ported to other GSM operators.

1 Connection Fee $16.05 per ID For any new customer, a one-time Connection Fee per new line is charged in the next bill for GRID to configure the new lines:

  1. Assignment of fleet for all new lines. The fleet number is system generated and choosing of fleet ID is not possible.
  2. Assignment of ID for all new lines.
  3. Assignment of ID to any of the first 3 talkgroups (if applicable) only.
  4. Assignment of phone numbers.
  5. Assignment of IP address (if data service is required).

Note:

  1. If you need to set up 4 or more talkgroups during the initial configuration, an additional service fee of S$16.05 per ID will be imposed to associate each ID to the additional talkgroups. Maximum 5 talkgroups for individual subscriber.
  2. For choice or gold phone numbers, additional charges for the choice or golden numbers are applicable.
