Introduction

As the workforce now swing towards working on the go, the smartphone has become an important working tool. The smartphones today are many times more powerful than many of the computers in the 1990s. As such many business applications, such as push-to-talk, NFC scanners, dispatch, tracking, incident reporting etc., are now loaded on smartphones and issued to staff.
